Chapter IV

George Packard, retired schoolteacher, considered the relativistic universe.

Space, which is emptiness, the all, the Om, provides matter a place to sit.

Matter bends space-time and the force called gravity is manifested.

And when you’re accelerating, you create mass too. Hmmm.

Packard mused on:

Empty space of my mind

Where shall we go?

To meadows, to mountains, to kisses in the rain

To memories and dreams

It’s all the same

To a life gone by.

To one that waits.

To promises of another day.

To today.

To this empty mind
